Changed your mind? Return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
All non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or exchange for a different size or product.
Customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.
Custom name and number items are made-to-order specifically for you. Due to their personalized nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
